Lead Times

As a reminder, Mon Petit Meuble Français makes every piece of furniture to order and avoids stock.

The average production time for our furniture pieces is mostly 5 weeks. A special packing for overseas transportation can take up to 3 extra days. 

Air transport to the USA with DHL or UPS takes also 3 to 5 days and customs formalities can last from 2 days to 2 weeks.

Globally, a lead time from the order to the customer delivery in the USA is a matter of 6 to 8 weeks. 

Packing & Delivery

Our furniture will be packed with duffline and blue foam corners and protected in a wooden crate.

This crate will be delivered to the front door of your house or to the ground floor of your building.

Packaging, shipping, duties and taxes are included in the displaid price.

Returns

We offer a 10 day period to return your furniture pieces and cancel your order for standard products. However the return costs are covered by the customer.

For customized items, there is no return possibility.

The refund of the order will be done by a bank transfer within 7 days after the reception of the returned piece with a deduction of potential repair costs.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANÇAIS will organize with you the shipping back to France and use its shipping network to avoid a maximum of difficulties.
